Miss Tracy is a master of organization and communication. She is in charge of: Organizing rehearsal schedules, keeping track of the artists' movements while onstage (blocking), facilitating rehearsals so that they run smoothly, recording timing of lighting, sound and set changes, calling cues for artists, assisting the director during rehearsals, communicating with cast and crew. Her ultimate goal of is to ensure that the director’s vision of the production is brought to life. Once the show is up and running, she is responsible for maintaining the overall quality of the production.
